Phone limits apply to the whole organization and are enforced on the server; see phone limits per plan. Calls go to US and Canadian numbers. SMS, iMessage and IMAP/SMTP access are not available yet.
Who is each plan for?
Free is for one agent on a side project or for evaluating the platform. Five identities is enough for a support agent, a sales agent and a research agent with two to spare.
Builder, $19 a month, is for a developer running agents in production: 15 identities, your own sending domains, no footer watermark and a dedicated phone number.
Team, $149 a month, is for a fleet: 120 identities, five numbers and 150 custom domains, enough to give each of your customers an agent on their own domain.
Enterprise is for custom limits, international calling and dedicated support. Book a 15-minute call.
What are the usage rates?
Published now so there are no surprises. None of these are billed today.

How much does Agent Identity cost?
Agent Identity is free for up to 5 agent identities, $19 a month for 15 (Builder) and $149 a month for 120 (Team). Enterprise is priced per contract. Every plan includes an email inbox, a public URL and an agent-to-agent channel for each agent.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes 5 agent identities, each with its own inbox, public URL, A2A channel, contacts and vault, plus 2 GiB of stored mail per mailbox. No card is needed to sign up.
What counts as an agent identity?
One agent with its own handle, mailbox, API key and event history. Creating an agent beyond your plan's limit fails with a clear error; nothing already running is interrupted.
Are there usage charges?
Not yet. Usage rates for calls and SMS are published so there are no surprises, but nothing is billed on top of the plan today. Calls work within each plan's limits; SMS and iMessage are not available yet.
Do I need a separate Twilio or SendGrid account?
No. Email delivery, phone numbers and carriers are part of Agent Identity. You never bring your own provider keys.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from Builder: 15 custom email domains on Builder and 150 on Team, each with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records shown in the dashboard.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and you cancel from the billing page in the dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
How do I pay?
By card, through Polar, our payment provider.
Is Agent Identity cheaper than AgentMail?
