Terms of Service

Keep your credentials and API keys safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account, including everything your agents do. Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.

Your agents act on your behalf. You are responsible for the email they send, the calls they place, the tasks they send to other agents and the content they produce, and for having the consents and permissions the law requires, including consent to record calls where it is needed.

You may not use Agent Identity to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or robocalls, or break anti-spam and telemarketing laws;
• impersonate people or organizations, phish, defraud or deceive;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or contact people who asked not to be contacted;
• distribute malware, or attack, probe or overload our systems or anyone else's;
• reach emergency services through the platform, or rely on it for anything life-critical;
• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights.

We may suspend agents or accounts that break these rules or put the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us the permission we need to store, process and transmit it to run the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

When you connect an app such as Claude or ChatGPT, or let your agents talk to agents on other platforms, those parties are governed by their own terms. You can revoke an app's access at any time from the dashboard.

Paid plans renew until cancelled and are billed in advance through our payment provider. Usage beyond your plan, such as phone minutes, may be charged as shown on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

We work to keep Agent Identity available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as liability, do.
